In truth if they can put all this together and sell these products they can make a lot of money just doing so on Amazon. It would be great to know exactly what coconut oil /coconut oil/canola oil that regal is using and along with confirmation if it's actually using flavacol and which brand of popcorn kernels it uses. There are products based upon butter that have the parts of butter that would spoil the butter taking out and the rest is used to flavor the popcorn with additional oil added to it. Usually that contain soybean oil and buttery flavor etc.

The buttery topping is easy to mimic close enough with the options out there including concession stand type butter or even the smaller additions that they sell at places like Walmart. Flavacol is pretty cheap when you go to the right place to get it and you get enough to make it worthwhile. Popcorn affectionautos claim that they can get the same results by using coconut oil with buttery flavor with yellow popcorn, and then finally flavored with flavacol. I know it differs by which theater for example some use canola oil/coconut any other uses pure coconut etc. I would like to know little bit more about their popcorn.
